HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. each of parsley flakes, chopped celery & chopped onions
1/3 tsp. paprika

Mix well and press into a loaf pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. each of parsley & chopped onion
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 bacon strips, fried crisp & crumbled

Mix all together. Heat thoroughly and serve over sliced ham loaf. Serves 6 to 8.
