WILD RICE CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 3/4 c. boiling water 1/2 c. white wine 1 can B&B mushrooms, undrained 4 lg. boneless breasts 6 sauteed, chopped green onions Paprika Set breasts aside, combine rest of ingredients in a 9x13 inch casserole. Place breasts on top. Cover and bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Serves 4. |
