HUNTINGTON CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked and boned
1 pkg. noodles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can chopped pimento
1 can mushroom or chicken soup, undiluted

Cook noodles in the chicken broth. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Add pimentos and chunks of cheese. Put this mixture with the noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and top with buttered bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. This freezes nicely.
