1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (7 oz.) box shell macaroni
1 c. shredded cheese, your choice

Brown meat, onion, and garlic. Cook spinach, and drain. Add enough water to make a cup of liquid. Cook macaroni, add spinach, macaroni, spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Place in 9 x 13. Top with cheese. Broil cheese until melted.
