LOWFAT OVEN-CRISPED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 egg white
1/2 c. skim milk
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs, seasoned to taste (or seasoned bread crumbs)
4 skinless chicken breast halves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, egg white and skim milk to make a batter. Dip chicken into batter, then coat with seasoned crumbs. Bake 1 hour in uncovered baking dish coated with vegetable spray. Serves 4.
