MRS. BERNSEN'S OVEN CHICKEN 
1 cut-up chicken
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 sm. can Carnation milk
Salt, garlic salt, pepper

Wash chicken. Dip first in milk, then in seasoned corn flakes (which have been seasoned with salt). Lay chicken in foil-lined pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours until crisp and brown.
