1 lb. flour 6 eggs Milk Salt Put flour in bowl and stir in cold milk until it turns into a doughy substance. Then, drop in 1 egg at a time, stirring constantly. Add salt according to taste. Dough should not be too thick or too thin. Fry in skillet in hot oil on both sides. Serve with applesauce or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. |
