SPANISH OMELETTE 
1/8 c. diced ham
1/8 c. onions
1/8 c. mushrooms
1/8 c. green peppers
1/8 c. diced turkey
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
6 eggs
1/4 c. cheese

Saute onions in buttered pan. Add mushrooms, green peppers, ham, then turkey. Scramble the 6 eggs, add the spices. Then pour in pan. Cook in medium heat.
