VEGETABLE BARS 
1 tube crescent rolls
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 env. Ranch style dressing mix
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. diced tomato
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. sliced or grated carrots
1/2 c. sliced cauliflower
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cover bottom of 9"x13" pan or baking dish with crescent rolls. Pat, stretch to fit. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine in bowl, mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, dressing mix, spread over crust. Combine vegetables; mix. Distribute over cheese mixture. Push vegetables into cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut into bars to serve. Keeps several days refrigerated. You probably would like to use light mayonnaise, cream cheese and sour cream.
