VEGETABLE BARS (VEGETABLE PIZZA) 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
Broccoli, fresh, raw (shavings from tops)
Cauliflower, fresh, raw (shavings from tops)
Bell pepper, fresh, raw, finely chopped (red and green)
Carrot, fresh, raw, grated
Any other fresh vegetables, chopped, to taste
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Press crescent rolls onto cookie sheet, pressing lines and edges together. Bake according to package. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and seasoning mix together and spread over rolls, covering all edges. Sprinkle chopped vegetables over mixture and top with shredded cheese. Cut into squares. Keep cold. May be made up ahead.
