DOUBLE TREAT PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch or quick cooking tapioca
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
6 lg. peaches
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
Whipped cream

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add butter and water and bring to a boil.

Dice three of the peaches and add to the syrup. Simmer three minutes or until thick. Cool. Slice remaining peaches into pie shell and pour the cooled peach and syrup over. Top with whipped cream.
