BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. Parkay
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs

Cream together butter and both sugars. Add eggs; mix well. Add dry mixture; mix well. Roll in wax paper. When cold, cut and cook at 400 degrees until brown.
