APPLE PEAR JELLY 
6 pears, peeled
2 apples, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1/2 orange rind
3 3/8 c. sugar (1 1/2 lb.)

Grind together pears, apples, and orange in food processor. Transfer to saucepan. Add sugar; mix. Cook for 1/2 hour. Add ground orange rind. Cook until thick. Put in jars and follow canning instructions.
