MARINATED FLANK STEAK | |
1 tbsp. tomato paste 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, scored 1 c. water 1 bay leaf 1/4 c. red wine vinegar Marinate steak in rest of ingredients overnight. After marinating melt 2 tablespoons butter in marinade and use to baste meat while cooking. Cook under boiler or on charcoal or gas grill. |
