MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1-1 1/2 lb. flank steak
3/4 c. low calorie Zesty Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. onion juice
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper

Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, onion juice and lemon pepper. Pour over steak. Cover. Marinate all day in the refrigerator. Grill over hot coals 5-10 minutes on each side until medium rare. Slice across grain.
