ORIGINAL KEY LIME PIE 
6 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. Key Lime Juice (or Persian Lime) juice
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
6 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Combine egg yolks and condensed milk. Mix well. Add lime juice and blend well. Turn into baked pie shell. Swirl onto pie, spreading to edge of the pie shell all around. Bake in 300 degree oven until meringue is pale honey-colored.
