BACON AND SWISS PIZZA 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. hot water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
10 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Mix baking mix, water, and oil until dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 60 times. Roll into 12 inch circle. Place in ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Top with bacon, Swiss cheese, and onions. Beat milk, pepper, and eggs with wire whisk; pour evenly over top. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired. Bake until crust is golden and eggs are set in a 400 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes.
