CHICKEN BREASTS WITH BACON 
6 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & halved
1/2 tsp. salt
12 green onions, including tops, finely chopped
12 slices bacon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, set aside on a flat surface. Combine cheese and onions, mixing well. Shape cheese mixture into 6 walnuts size balls. Place a cheese ball in the center of each chicken breast. Roll up chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon securing with toothpicks. Place chicken rolls in a lightly greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. 6 servings.
