ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
1/3 c. Minute Tapioca

Put all 3 in large pan. Add 3 cups boiling water and cook until thickened. Cool. Add 12 ounce Cool Whip and 1 large can drained mandarin oranges.

Option: Substitute strawberry Jello for orange Jello and substitute fresh or frozen strawberries for the oranges.
