FIRST LAYER:

1 stick butter melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Press first layer into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Have cream cheese at room temperature. Spread and chill 1 hour.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. instant pudding (1 vanilla and 1 chocolate)
3 c. milk

Spread and chill 1 hour.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip to cover
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Wait until ready to serve.
