FRESH FRUIT SHORTCAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
About 4 c. cut-up mixed fruit
3/4 c. whipped topping

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix, sugar, butter and milk until dough forms. Turn onto cloth-covered surface dusted with baking mix; gently smooth into ball. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 3 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Split shortcakes; spoon fruit between halves and over tops. Top with whipped topping. 6 servings. 15 minutes to prepare!
