S'MORE PUDDING | |
9 full size graham crackers (made into crumbs) 3 1/4 c. milk 1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked) 3-4 (1 1/4 oz.) chocolate candy bars 2 c. mini marshmallows Line bottom of 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish with 1/3 of the cracker crumbs. Using the 3 1/4 cups milk, cook the pudding as directed on package. Cool 5 minutes. Spread 1/2 of the pudding over crackers. Top with second layer (1/3 cup) of crackers. place the candy bars on crackers. Spread remaining pudding over candy. Top with third layer of crackers. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until golden brown. Serve warm or chilled. |
