CHINESE VEGETABLES AND RICE 
1 pkg. Birds Eye Chinese vegetables in a seasoned sauce (frozen)
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy or teriyaki sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef

In frying pan, brown beef and onion. Add frozen vegetables and soy sauce. Stir and cover. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
