VEGETABLE & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. milk
3/4 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Cook vegetables 5 minutes. Saute onion in butter. Mix soup, water and milk together. Combine vegetables, onion, rice and soup mixture. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Cheese Whiz and bake 10 more minutes.
