TROPICAL PIZZA 
3/4 c. biscuit mix
6 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
10 to 12 peach slices, drained
Shredded coconut
Cinnamon

Grease bottom and sides of 10 inch aluminum skillet with shortening to form a thick coating. Combine biscuit mix and water, spread evenly on skillet bottom and 1/4 inch up sides of pan. Brush with melted butter. Gently spread crushed pineapple over batter and top with peach slices arranged in a circle. Sprinkle shredded coconut and cinnamon over entire pizza. Cover skillet. Bake on automatic to burner. Use high flame with temperature set at 300 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from skillet and place on cooling rack.
