PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
2 c. uncooked macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, finely chopped 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, pepper, garlic powder. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Beat milk, egg, and 1/2 teaspoon salt together. Blend into macaroni and spread on a greased 10 x 1 5 pan. Cover with meat mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. |
