MICHIGAN SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 green pepper (diced)
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 sm. onions (diced)

Fry hamburger until crumbly, if extremely fatty drain fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours or until desired thickness.

Use over hot dogs in buns and garnish with mustard and onions if desired.
