HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP 
4 c. sliced, peeled, cooked potatoes
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. frozen green peas
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Make two layers each of potato slices, ham, onions and frozen peas in shallow 8 cup baking dish. Melt butter, take off heat. Add flour and stir. Gradually add milk and seasonings. Return to heat until sauce thickens. Pour over layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
