CUBE STEAK ROLL UPS 
4 cube steaks
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
4 slices bacon
1 can condensed onion soup
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
Oil for browning steaks

Brown each steak lightly in oil. Spread each with mixture of cheese and parsley. Return all steaks to skillet, wrapped in bacon strips. Secure with toothpicks. Cover with 1 can of soup. Simmer at least 1 hour or until tender. Mix flour in water and pour over steaks. Stir for about 5 minutes. Spoon gravy over steaks when serving.
