COUNTRY SKILLET DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
2 c. thin egg noodles, uncooked
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown beef with onion. Reduce heat, spread noodles on top of beef mixture. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms and oregano. Pour over noodles. Cover and let cook 15 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese over sauce. Continue to warm until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6 people.
