STUFFED POTATOES 
6 baked long potatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Bake potatoes and scoop out of their shells. Mix rest of ingredients with the potato and spoon back in shells; sprinkle with paprika and bake 20 minutes. These freeze nicely.
