PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. walnuts

Beat eggs, add oil, sugar and pumpkin. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes - remove from pan.
