1/4 lb. Blue cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed

Crumble cheese in mixing bowl or blender, saving some for garnish. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Chill.
