GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
2/3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
20 graham crackers, finely rolled
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine with graham cracker crumbs. Add shortening and mix. Add milk and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes in a square pan.
