FRUIT WHIP PIE 
2 c fruit pulp
3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Can use fresh fruit, canned fruit or dried fruit

Put fruit pulp through coarse strainer. Add sugar, nuts and egg whites beaten stiff. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes in slow oven (300 degrees). Cool and cover with whipped cream.
