CREAMY COOL CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.

1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 (8 oz.) containers of soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combine cream cheese, sugar and salt, mixing with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and milk, mixing until blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; chill until firm.

Optional fruit:

Peaches
Strawberries
B lueberries

Top with fruit as desired.
