CREAMY BAKED CHEESE CAKE 
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 300°F.

Combine crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into 9 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Beat in condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and flavorings.

Bake 50 minutes or until center is set.
