CREAM PUFFS 
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 dash salt

FILLING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. milk or half & half
3 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Sift flour and salt together; boil cup of water. Put in butter until it melts. Add dry ingredients, turn until it comes away from pan (on fire).

Take off stove and put into mixing bowl. Put 1 egg in at a time, teaspoon onto baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook 20 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees and cook 10 minutes more.
