SWEDISH CREME 
1 envelope gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit

In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on whipping cream to soften; add sugar. Stir over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Remove from heat and chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add sour cream and vanilla to gelatin mixture, blending well. Pour into sherbet or parfait glasses or chill in a 3 cup mold until set. Serve topped with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
