1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (your choice)

Mix cake mix according to box directions. Fill paper cups 2/3 full. Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of filling on top of each. Bake as directed on cake box. Makes approximately 30 cupcakes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg and salt. Stir in chips.
