SWEET POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. salad oil 1 c. hot water 1/4 c. (or more) poppy seed Mix all together and beat 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Yields 2 loaves. By using 3 extra large eggs and adding a little flour, the bread is less tender and doesn't fall apart when spread. |
