CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. cream or milk
4 sq. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate (melted)
Dash salt

Beat cheese and cream until smooth. Gradually stir in sugar. Then blend in chocolate. Stir in vanilla, rum, salt and 1 cup nuts. Press into lightly greased pan and cover with remaining nuts. Chill until firm.
