MINTED CREME DESSERT 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. milk
Few drops of peppermint extract and green food coloring
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine marshmallow creme, milk, extract and food coloring mixing until well blended. Fold into whipped cream and freeze. Serve in sherbet or parfait glasses.
