ORANGE LACED CORNUCOPIAS 
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 recipe orange mousse
4 tsp. crushed almonds
Orange zest for garnish

Using freezer paper, cut out 16 (4 inch) circles. Form each into cornucopia, making sure pointed end is closed.

In small bowl, place chocolate chips. In microwave, cook on high 1 minute. Stir once. Remove and stir until smooth, cool 10 minutes. With small metal spatula, spread 1 tablespoon chocolate into cornucopia, repeat with each. Place on cookie sheet, chill 45 minutes.

Meantime, prepare orange mousse, chill until ready to use. Remove paper from cornucopia, dip edges in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with almonds. Place mousse in cornucopia. Garnish with orange peel strips or grated peel.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
