CASHEW LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. cashew nuts

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix dressing ingredients in blender. Refrigerate. Dress salad just before serving. Mix.
