3 lbs. lentils
3 lbs. ham hocks
7 med. onions
7 stalks celery
12 qts. tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
7 cubes beef bouillon
6 tbsp. wine vinegar
7 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. pepper
9 tbsp. parsley
4 1/2 qts. water

Recipe for soup supper - serves 10 quarts.
