LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 slices bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (17 oz.) can lima beans
1 c. cooked tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Saute bacon, onion, and pepper until lightly browned. Pour undrained lima beans and tomatoes in greased casserole. Add sugar, salt, and black pepper. Add bacon mixture and mix well. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
