CHICKEN AND LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1 1/2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes in juice, chopped and drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fresh whole wheat bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare beans as label directs, omitting salt.

In 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, place drained beans.

In large bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over top of beans. Spread with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. 50 mg. cholesterol per serving. Serves 6.
