LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. buttery flavor Wesson oil
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. poppy seeds
4 eggs

Put all ingredients into bowl and mix 4 minutes. Pour into two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. To get buttery flavor oil, melt 1/4 cup butter and add 1/4 cup oil.
