BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. of frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed, and drained (I use 1 pkg. of chopped and 1 pkg. of regular which I chop up)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. of shredded Cheddar cheese (I use about 1/2 c. more)
Salt and pepper
1 to 2 oz. of slivered almonds or anything that's available
Bread crumbs (I use Italian flavored)

Mix first 7 ingredients well. Pour into a casserole and top with bread crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
